Job Description

We're looking for a Consumer Recruiter to join our team and help focus on hiring. Recruiters are responsible for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Providing internal resourcing consultancy service to hiring managers, including the provision of advice on all recruitment issues

  • Managing the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience

  • Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Compact Health Services mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.

  • Analyzing and implementing process improvements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience

  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.

  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates

  • MS Office knowledge-including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
