Service Description

Compact Health (Housing) Services Inc. is multi-unit assisted housing with services that have independent living settings in which hands-on personal care services are arranged by housing management, and provide a licensed home care or hospice agency, through an individualized written care plan. All residents or their compensatory agents must be capable, through informed consent, of entering into a contract and must NOT be in need of 24-hour supervision. Provide: Shared rooms, private rooms, prepared meals twice a day, transportation to and from medical appointments, safe and clean environment. Services provided: Peer Support, linkage to community resources such as jobs, therapy, NA/SA groups.
